OCS OTP Reseller provides temporary virtual phone numbers for online SMS verification across global services (including WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram, Gmail, Instagram, OpenAI, etc.). Services are billed on a pay-as-you-go basis via account wallet balances.

2. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

Users agree to use virtual numbers solely for legitimate online account verification and privacy protection purposes. You strictly agree NOT to use our platform or virtual numbers for:

• Illegal activities, financial fraud, phishing, scams, or extortion.
• Mass spamming, abusive automated registrations, or violating 3rd-party platforms' TOS.
• Circumventing legal sanctions or security protocols.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination without refund.

3. 100% Refund & Delivery Policy

We pride ourselves on transparent, automated billing:

• No OTP, No Charge: If a purchased virtual number fails to receive an SMS verification code within the active 20-minute window, the order automatically cancels and funds are 100% refunded to your wallet.
• Billed Only Upon Delivery: You are charged ONLY when an SMS OTP code is successfully received and displayed in your dashboard.

4. Account Balances & Payments

Wallet deposits made via Easypaisa, JazzCash, Bank Transfer, or Crypto are non-refundable once credited to your account balance. Wallet funds can be used indefinitely to purchase any available virtual numbers or services on the platform.

5. Service Availability & Modification

While we strive for 99.9% uptime and maintain high-delivery wholesale operator routes, virtual number availability and pricing depend on global telecommunication carriers and upstream providers. Prices and country routes may be updated dynamically.

6. Limitation of Liability

OCS OTP Reseller shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party app account suspensions, operator route maintenance, or user misuse of verification numbers.
